As Head of Global Marketing and Quality Control at Jacoma, Mike has over 14 years’ experience working within Sub-Saharan Africa on the production, marketing, purchasing and processing of spices. Before joining Jacoma, Mike was the main buyer of Spices and Herbs for Bidfoods in South Africa. Mike’s experience includes working within European, African, US and Australasian Markets. He is considered an expert within the capsicum sector with experience gained in Malawi, Uganda, South Africa, India and China.
